Tris went above and beyond to ensure my appointment with the optician the next day went seamlessly. She double checked that my prescription would work and was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout the process. Diana the optician was efficient, knowledgeable, and provided great feedback regarding lenses options. I left fully satisfied and confident in my purchase decision.

Highly recommend this flagship store. The sales associate Atticus at the La Jolla UTC mall was incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband found the glasses he wanted, both times we visited. He was patient and super knowledgeable of the products.

UTC Oakley store has excellent customer service. They're very knowledgeable and attentive to their customer's needs and questions. Jack and their licensed optician, Diana, took their time to help me decide and configure my prescription glasses. Diana even helped find the perfect sunglasses for my wife. Thank you!

Update your hours people. It’s not that hard. I got in my car and drove over only to find the store is closed. Do better.
