⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision on Villa La Jolla Drive. The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, Masyio & Venessa professional, patient, while we only needed or glasses adjusted they both where genuinely helpful. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I really appreciated the great customer service. I highly recommend this location!
I missed one of the screws of my favorite sunglasses. I was afraid if I might not be able to fix it because it was from outside of the country. However, Masyio very kindly screwed it for me! Even at no cost! She was really friendly and I was so happy to get my sunglasses back😎
Terrible organization of this location specifically. I was advised previously I was booked for a 4:30pm appt and had multiple confirmations via phone call. There is no email booked regarding when your appt is booked. I get a call at 4:09pm saying that my appt was at 4:00pm which is incorrect. The receptionist said the doctor can take me in. When I arrive there at 4:15pm; she informed me the doctor had left for the day. Poor planning and staff; why call me so many times for an appt yet when I arrive at 4:30pm; none of the optometrists can take me. Your hours are till 6pm. Would not recommend this location
Dear Team and two ladies who were in front desk, I wanted to thank your staff for their kindness and professionalism. Even though I didn’t purchase my sunglasses from your store, I was greeted with a smile and helped without hesitation. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.
I stop by the Pearle Vision store in La Jolla, near Whole Foods, to inquire about scheduling an appointment to have my glasses adjusted. I didn’t purchase the glasses there, so I was expecting to make an appointment. To my surprise, Tracy was kind enough to offer to look at the glasses and make the right adjustments. I offered to pay, but I was told it wasn’t needed. I want to show my appreciation by writing this review, but I just noticed that I was not the only one to receive this amazing service. I wish every store had the same service. Thank you!!!
