My optometrist thoroughly examined my eyes and addressed my concerns. He explained my condition better than 2 ophthalmologists I have seen. The office is immaculate and the staff are professional. I choose to drive 3 hours to see him.
Dr. Nguyen is absolutely amazing. This was my first appointment with him, and he was able to walk through and answer all of my questions. He was very accommodating to my schedule and my needs. And Antonio was spot on with helping me find the right frames as well as being able to help me with my questions. All around great experience. Really glad I found this office.
I’ve worn glasses since I was in the third grade. Twenty-five years worth of eye exams and this one is easily the absolute best optometry office I’ve ever visited. Dr. Pack is really sweet and patient, and both she and Dr. Nguyen are very sincere and thorough with their exams. They make sure to explain all the tests and your results and afterwards, they take time to educate you not just on what all of it means for your eyes but also your overall health. At no point during my appointments do I ever feel rushed, including my interactions with the opticians. Joann is really kind and helpful, never pressuring you towards a specific purchase or anything like that. The whole office works together to figure out what works best for you and your lifestyle. It’s a really nice change from all the optometry offices I’ve visited previously with old equipment and sales people constantly following you around breathing down your neck. I’m really thankful for and highly recommend this office :)
I recently saw Dr. Nguyen for an eye exam and was pleasantly surprised at the new tech that he and Dr. Pack are using in their office. It's honestly very refreshing that you don't have to get air shot straight into your eye and you find out things when it's too late. Amazing preventative care. On top of that, he took his time to make sure all my questions were answered and I understood why and what was going on, as well as what he was looking for throughout the process. When I compare it to my previous experiences at Costco eyecare, it was not even close to the care Dr. Nguyen provides. Totally worth the extra care and time they take at this office! Amazing and consistent eye doctor with wonderful insight and incredible support and great glasses options! Antonio is absolutely fantastic and deserves a raise! He is always so helpful whenever I come in and goes above and beyond supporting patients! Helped me decide between a bunch of pairs and when my glasses got crushed he was so helpful in fixing the frames to be good as new! Great person great establishment!
