Austin the store manager at the jordan creek mall is the best along with his staff. They go out of their way no matter how busy they are and take care of each person with the highest respect and professionalism. Would highly refer anyone to this store.

Every time I go to the store, the people are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Always a good experience really make me feel comfortable spending my money there.

My son custom made a pair of Oakley glasses for baseball. He is very responsible and was overly protective with his classes. Long story short someone broke an arm off his glasses and wouldn’t give it back. My son was devastated. We couldn’t afford to replace them and because we customized them the warranty didn’t apply. I called the Jordan Creek store and the gentleman was so kind, listened and asked us to stop in. We stopped in the next day and he was able to put an arm from a damaged pair on. It didn’t match perfectly but most people will never see the difference. He commented on how well my son had taken care of them. I was so not only great fun for his help but for the lesson he taught my son. Take care of your things, take responsibility, be kind, and often people will be willing to help. We received above and beyond service and will be life long customers because of this experience. I wish I could remember his name, possible Austin or Luke? Thank you!
