Been brand-loyal for decades and stopped to see if I could the little rubber nose cushion thingy replaced on my Rx sunglasses. The young man that I spoke with was the very definition of professional. He told me that while he didn’t have a replacement he could sell me, he said he would “do a little service check, clean them up and replace the nose piece” free of charge. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed.

Went to try on several styles as unsure how they all fit my face. Vic did an amazing job, being patient with my wife and I as we looked for new Oakleys. She even talked with my 8 yr old as he tried on different styles. She was extremely patient, understanding of our needs, and presented a mixture of options to included some that were on clearance. I hope the store recognizes her and her value she has to the brand. Will recommend others to this store based on that type of customer service.

Very polite staff. They spend time with you helping you select your new pair of Oakley's and information of new product. Not to mention this Outlet store offers 20% military discount.

Stopped in today cuz I was missing a nose pad. They didn't have the kit with ear pads in black. The associate went to look it up online for me but instead came back to me with a pair of nose pads in black, no charge. I fully intended to order the kit, but they were gracious enough to take care of me. Thank you so much again!

I sent the wife for a new pair of glasses. The gentleman helped her out with no questions asked. Mission accomplished.
