We had a fantastic experience at the Oakley store on May 13th! From the moment we walked in, we received an incredibly warm welcome from AJ. He is the epitome of a professional—friendly, polite, and deeply knowledgeable about the products. AJ took the time to walk us through the features and ensured we knew exactly how to care for and use our new gear. He’s a natural salesperson; he mentioned the 50% discount on a second pair, and his expertise made the decision easy. We are thrilled with our purchase and are already enjoying our HSTN S2s. With his stellar attitude toward customers, AJ is a huge asset to the company, and we hope he’s recognized for his hard work. We will definitely be back!

I love how this store is lowkey at the front, you can easily miss it outside but when you get inside, you can stay in it forever. The options are endless, from their meta line to all type of sports gear, everyday wear, & fresh merchandise. Me and the spouse ended up getting each a set of prescription eyewear and a couple pair of additional sunglasses, and our experience is unmatched by any eyewear places we typically would go to in the past. Alexa was exceptional in handling our business. She is great 👍🏼 We’re definitely adding Oakley Vault as a staple place for us to shop in every time we’re here at the grapevine mills.
