Absolutely fantastic experience! I recently purchased a pair of Oakleys, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Notori was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Another gentleman also assisted me and was equally friendly and professional, though unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great products and even better customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

I came in to the Oakley store with an issue with my AI glasses. The customer service here is truly amazing. My glasses stopped charging, and they explained every step of the process of how to get a warranty claim. Well, they couldn’t sort my issue in store today, I’m very grateful. The specialist’s name who helped me today is Chris.

Chele and Marco are the bomb! They both helped me out great when I came in as my favorite sunglasses were broken. They think with the costumer in solutions and are super fun and friendy! Thanks to you, I still have my favorite sunglasses.

I wear Oakley sunglasses daily, and I’ve come to realize that I can’t live without them. The prism polarized lenses protect me from the sun, fog, and snow. I love the various features that Oakley offers, especially their custom eyewear. They’re my top choice because they meet all my needs and provide excellent coverage. I buy my glasses annually from my nearest factory outlet, where I’m always greeted enthusiastically and satisfied with my purchase. Chele at store 11094 is the absolute best, and I plan on continuing working with her on my next Oakley purchase. I also had a great time working with Notori. She was very personable and had a great sense of style.
