The oakley vault in castle rock colorado is staffed by some of the friendliest, a customer service agents. I have ran into in colorado. The store manager and her staff were absolutely incredible. And they need to be given a salary increase because they represent your store so well. I have encountered terrible customer service everywhere. I go and the oakley vault was the antithesis to that.
