Oakley Vault #b828

I'm pretty disappointed with the employees as they weren't very helpful at all! I don't know if they were just treating me some type of way, and they must have thought I didn't have the money or couldn't afford sunglasses here. But I bought 3 pairs, one for myself, one for my boyfriend and one for my daughter. I spent a total of 499.90 for all 3 pairs in the last 2 weeks. I'm disappointed because I drove an hour each way to by them locally instead of online

Sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great shopping experience.

12/27/25 approx 2:30pm - came to the store as I have been having problems with my right lens popping out of my glasses. I do not remember the young ladies name that helped me.m, but she was phenomenal! She first tried to fix my glasses, then went and got a new lens to try only to realize there must be something wrong with the frame. She swapped out my sunglasses free of charge. Amazing service, so pleasant and nice. There’s a reason I still only wear Oakley’s, bravo 🙌🏻 service

Oakley Vault has a good selection of glasses, googles, and clothing. You have to be on top of checking out their prices. Just because they are an outlet does not automatically mean your getting a good or great deal. This location was pretty busy when we were there.

Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. Found a great price on a pair of shades for my husband.
