Today, my 7-year-old daughter had ear surgery, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our experience was absolutely wonderful. Every single member of the staff was exceptional with her. While surgery is never something anyone looks forward to, they did an incredible job of making the entire experience feel easier and much less overwhelming. My little girl was very nervous, and there was one staff member in particular who stayed by her side the whole time, reassuring her, validating her feelings, and helping her feel safe and comfortable. They even gave her little gifts before and after her surgery, which meant so much to her. We truly felt cared for every step of the way. I am beyond grateful for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire team. They turned what could have been a very stressful day into a positive experience for both my daughter and our family. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of her. ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism of the doctors and staff was superb. Everything was organized, efficient, and the entire process moved quickly and smoothly. I had surgery for my myopia and astigmatism, and I truly felt I was in very capable hands. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Their technology and facilities are outstanding, which gave me even more confidence in the procedure. Everything went perfectly, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. I highly recommend Bascom Palmer to anyone looking for top-quality eye care and experienced specialists.

I brought my 94yo mother with Macular Degeneration. They were amazingly fast & courteous. I was particularly appreciative of the effort they made to keep us posted every step of checking, evaluation & diagnosis. Everyone was on the ball. A big compliment to the gentleman who handles the checking in/out desk. He really held the pulse of the place in view! The security guard downstairs were super helpful that Sunday & kept an eye on mom while I went down the street to park. They even took extra time to chat it up with her in my absence. So sweet!

We went to Bascom Palmer Eye Emergency Department for my husband. While we appreciated the medical care he received, we were very disappointed with how the prescription was handled. We were asked which pharmacy we use, and the prescription was sent there without anyone checking or mentioning that the pharmacy was closed on Sunday. When I called for help transferring it to an open pharmacy, I was told they would call me back but couldn't give me any timeframe. I was also made to feel as though it was my responsibility to have known the pharmacy was closed. We rarely need prescriptions, and I would expect the medical staff to at least advise patients to verify pharmacy hours, especially on a Sunday. A simple check or better communication could have prevented a lot of unnecessary stress and delay in getting the medication my husband needed.

I had surgery on my left ear with Dr. Adrián Eshraghi, and I am very grateful for the excellent care I received. He did an outstanding job repairing my ear and took the time to explain everything clearly. From the surgery to the follow-up care, I felt I was in very capable hands. The staff at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute was also kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even though I'm still recovering, I'm thankful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Eshraghi and his team to anyone needing ear surgery.
