I had a wonderful experience at Oceanview Optometry with Dr. Ani Baroni. She was very professional, patient, and caring. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly and thoroughly without making me feel rushed. The entire office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention that Dr. Ani Baroni does everything possible to help her patients get the most coverage possible through their insurance, so they don’t have to face unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses. This means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate how caring, honest, and considerate she is toward her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Ani Baroni and Oceanview Optometry to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy eye doctor. Thank you for the wonderful care and excellent service! ❤️

Dr. Baroni is a rare find in the medical field. Our whole family has been coming here for years, and from day one, it was clear that she prioritizes patients over business. She is incredibly honest, professional, and patient. During my most recent exam, she spent 2 hours and 15 minutes with me!!! she never rushes and gives you her undivided attention. What sets this clinic apart is that it’s truly an "all-in-one" facility. They have every diagnostic device and tool imaginable, so I no longer have to visit multiple clinics to get a full workup. Dr. Baroni also goes above and beyond behind the scenes. She fought with our insurance and pharmacy to ensure my son got the best prices, even securing free medication for him! She also helped my mother find the absolute best surgeon for her cataracts and kept us updated on the latest eye surgery tech. The front desk staff is friendly and caring, and because it's located in a plaza, parking is never an issue. If you want an optometrist who truly cares about your health and your wallet, this is the place.

I brought my own prescription to Oceanview Optometry and honestly had a really good experience. Artin took his time with me and didn’t rush me at all while I was picking out frames. He even stayed a little past closing just to make sure everything in my order was right. My glasses came way faster than I expected, and they fit way better than my old ones. I think it’s because he was really careful with the measurements and made sure I got something that actually worked for me. Just really solid service all around.

This is a review of my experience a few days ago with Oceanview Optometry. The receptionist rudely hung up, because the call quality was poor. Unsurprised at the customer service, however. Ani Baroni (the optometrist/owner who, ofc, provides the care at Oceanview) is also an absolutely unscrupulous person. She's found loopholes to flag and remove my original review TWICE now. She doesn't remotely care that it's concerning her unethical, inhumane conduct and the latest removal came a YEAR later. This should demonstrate her calculated selfishness. Her CURRENT reviews are suspiciously flattering and similar in content; featuring the same key phrases while refuting my main points, transparently. I'm certain at least some are incentivized or simply paid fakes. REMOVED: "I saw her at Comprehensive Community Health for a referral to a higher-level specialist. It was involving autoimmune disease of the eyelids--honestly, too graphic to describe in depth. Clearly, my mental state was not well, and I was visibly shaken/ uncomfortable with the whole situation. I also have social anxiety which definitely reared its head. Baroni was rude, cold, callous, and openly judgmental. She was so condescending and openly treated me as if I were a person with a strange mental illness despite acknowledging that I do, indeed, have a physical problem. The severity of the damage was concealed by swelling and the darkness of the room. However, she expressed understanding of the situation. When I said goodbye, she turned away from me abruptly and quickly walked away in the rudest fashion--as if I'm a weird person she's glad to escape lol. I was shocked at her awful demeanor. There's just certain personality types who shouldn't deal with patients in sensitive contexts, and this is it. I'm glad she's money hungry enough to gravitate towards the "shallower" end of this field. Regardless, everyone should be made aware of this person's character. She lacks major EQ at best and humanity at worst, honestly. Not a good person. Just take the L and learn from it, Baroni."
