We arrived before time shceduled, the office was full of patients and there was seating for us then as time went on more and more people arrived 90% we elderly patients they we're unable to stand only one gentleman offered his seat then before an hour there was people standing some associates offered a few chairs placed throughout the room. One person asked how much longer she said she was there 1 1/2 hours the blonde associates (at the front desk) in a rude voice "read the paper on the wall it stats there is a 2 to 3 hour minimum wait". Then there are 16 seats and over 12 other people standing we were standing there for over an 1hour and 1/2. One associates said she called a patient and said there are two seats free now but there were so many that were unable to stand so we allowed them first myself and the person I was with by the time we went into the exam room and as we left the rude blonde associate we shaking her head and looking discussed when a gentleman told another patient you sit I've been standing here for 4 hours which was an exaggeration but that is not good for an associate to act that way obviously there was some unforseen circumstances but thats the time your associates need to understand the patients impatience and try to make it better. We can all be great when thing go smoothly but their true colors come out when problems arise. All the other employees were very nice and understood everyone's frustrations along with theirs and dealt with it, but the blonde at the front desk couldn't be empathetic and was wearing a mask but.her eyes told her whole story.
