This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It is the first time I have encountered someone as extremely rude as Raul. I have dealt with many businesses over the years, but I have never been treated with such disrespect. I called because my mother’s new eyeglasses don’t seem to have the correct prescription, and I simply wanted to ask about the process for having them checked. Instead of helping, Raul was rude from the beginning, interrupted me, and repeatedly hung up on me before I could even explain the situation. After paying for my mother’s eyeglasses, we should not have to fight just to get assistance. As paying customers, we deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Being hung up on multiple times is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. No customer should ever be treated the way we were. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously, addresses Raul’s behavior, and improves the way customers are treated. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office to anyone.
