⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Ida Sarajian is highly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. She quickly understands the patient’s concerns and takes the time to listen carefully. I was impressed by how accurately she understood my vision issues and explained everything clearly and professionally. The office is exceptionally clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology and diagnostic equipment. It is obvious that they are committed to staying up to date and providing the highest quality of eye care. The staff is friendly, organized, and professional. My overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Brand Optometry to anyone seeking outstanding eye care and professional service.

The office itself is beautiful and the main doctor who did my exam was incredible. He was very patient with all of my questions and really educated me on the current state of my vision. 5/5 for him. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience didn’t match that level of professionalism. No matter the day or time, I can never get ahold of anyone by phone. At one point I was literally standing outside waiting to be seen, calling the office, and the front desk staff wasn’t paying any attention to the phones ringing. My second disappointment was with the staff member who handles the frames and lenses. He seemed completely uninterested in being there, and I was given no pricing breakdown at all, and to this day I still haven’t received an itemized bill explaining what I was charged for or what features my lenses even include. I simply chose the frames I liked and he gave me a price without any explanation. On the positive side, they do have a beautiful selection of designer frames — I chose the MiuMiu pair and loved the variety. Overall: Amazing doctors and a stunning office, but the staff experience doesn’t match the quality or aesthetic of the establishment. A few improvements in communication and transparency would make a huge difference.

I had a very good experience. The location has a very great design. The front desk was awesome. Very kind, helpful and proactive. The optometrist did a fantastic job of helping, guiding and giving us all the info we needed. The overall service was 5 stars. I recommend this location.

Dr. Janbatyan (Brand Optometry) is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced doctors I have ever met. He genuinely cares about his patients, takes the time to explain every aspect of your condition, and ensures you fully understand your health and treatment.
