Nurse Michelle and the entire staff in the infusion center were so kind and made my daughter feel so comfortable! My expectations were exceeded. I have never felt this comfortable with a staff handling my child.
Absolutely loved the experience. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all amazing and very welcoming! The lobby had great space for my children to pace, run, be themselves and interesting places for them to sit. This was very necessary as we drove over an hour to be seen here. I highly recommend Brittani Wild for pediatric neurology.
Dr. Brown is my absolute favorite doctor for my daughter. She is so awesome with the kids. The other associate who does some of the eye tests and the other staff are also awesome. They always make my daughter feel comfortable. The facility is great. The front check in had all of my information and my check in only took a couple of minutes.
My Daughter and I were very satisfied with the Ochsner Health Center for Children. Everyone was helpful and friendly! We were seen quickly which was awesome because we live over an hour away from the clinic. Her Doctor was extremely nice, helpful, thorough and informative. It was easy to see that he truly cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with a child that needs healthcare.
The experience I’ve had with having my daughter at Ochsner Baptist, what’s the worst decision I ever made in my entire life nurses were extremely rude until my family arrived, and the service that I have received here at the Jefferson highway. Location has been horrifying and that’s an understatement. The specialists are incompetent of doing their jobs. These are the people that are here to provide health care for babies yet the specialist proceeded to do the wrong thing not once not twice, but three times how does something like that happen? They don’t return phone calls the nurses don’t relay the messages to the doctors. Doctor was extremely rude. And gets upset when a parent questions her ! And Hangs up in your face. After she has done the wrong thing, After three weeks of trying to reach her. Yes, choosing Ochsner was definitely one of my worst decisions!!!
