I've always had difficulty in finding a frame that was comfortable. My thanks to Jessica and Carlee for helping me find one that fit just right and was actually stylish. They were both wonderful (and patient).
This rating is for the Garden City Office itself. My original Dr with Stahl recently retired and I was transferred to this office to see a new doctor who specializes in Keratoconus. My visit with the new Dr was great. No complaints about the doctor at all. That appointment was 2 months ago still waiting for a renewal on my eye drops. I even told the office be ready as my insurance is going to be a pain and need a prior auth. They assured me no problem. My last doctor and his office always got it approved for me. A month went by before they even put in the prescription. When you call you can only leave a message they tell you they will call you back within 24 hours. I've left 4-5 messages at this point and have not received one call back or any update. At least the other office would offer samples of my eye drop medication while they were working to get it approved. This office has done nothing for me.
Some agency needs to look into this practice. They have been totally negligent throughout my experience there. Myself and two pharmacies made 4-5 calls regarding a medication. I've mentioned the increasing pain and eye dryness and there is no response whatsoever. Eyes are burning from the dryness. I had to take of work to schedule to see another eye dr elsewhere.Awful practice, honestly!
I had the best experience here and look forward to continuing to take care of my vision health as well as purchase all of my glasses here. Jess and Jennifer were incredibly helpful with my fitting and purchase of my first pair of distance glasses!!! These are two professionals who go above and beyond to take the time and care needed to make clients like me feel important!!! Thank you!!!!!
I was there for eye exam, people were nice there. I think one personal there was given out wrong information about my vision.
