We were only given one timeslot for a post operative appointment. The next availability is another month out. Unfortunately, we cannot make it to either of them due to prior commitment to deal with other health issues. They have no flexibility in their schedule and made no accommodations. How can they let their patient wait for a few months in order to be seen by the doctor again? The eye surgery caused a lot of redness but they don't want to address it promptly. We have been trying to get in touch with any staff via phone call as well. But they will never pick up the phone. When they do pick up, they will tell you someone will call you back. After days of waiting and waiting, my phone never rings. Poor management. Shame. From a patient still waiting for next appointment to be scheduled.
