I had a great experience at this office. The technician was very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit comfortable from the start. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and has a calm, reassuring manner that really puts patients at ease. He takes the time to answer all questions thoughtfully and patiently, making sure you feel informed and confident about your care. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the level of attention and professionalism. Highly recommend!
What a great patient experience, friendly greeting from the reception team, friendly and professional tech taking you through all of your diagnostics, and the doctor was awesome. Went to look for new glasses found a pair I loved again the back end. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and the price was right. New to the area. Really impressed with this eye clinic. Staff were outstanding. Needed a quick appointment, none were available, but they put me on a wait list. 3 hours later they called and I was seen the next day. Some funky issues with insurance but they patiently persisted until it was resolved. Eyes are aging, yuck. Dr. Brom (sp?) was extremely thorough and answered a lot of challenging questions. I've a unique problem with bifocals and target shooting that she addressed easily. Excellent experience all around. Highly recommended.
