Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors who take their time explaining procedures, options, and explaining their services. They have a good selection of eye ware and a large range of pricing options on frames. I started going here over 25 years ago when it was under the ownership of Dr Seifert and was a very small practice. Due to insurance coverage issues, I was forced to change providers over the years but am now glad to be back!

The technician who first did her exam/tests was very professional and explained and prepared me for every step of her process. The Doctor took his time with me and explained everything thoroughly with easy to understand terminology. He didn't rush through the exam and made me very comfortable to ask questions about my exam. The lady who helped me pick out my frames was extremely helpful and was very patient with my indecisiveness. She was also hilarious which made the visit to your clinic that much more enjoyable. I wish I could remember names. Everyone I encountered there was extremely pleasant, even those I didn't directly interact with.

Doctor Ashley Finnell is the best! She’s has diagnosed my prescription better than any doctor I’ve had and now I can wear contacts with my astigmatism. I highly recommend her skillset and she is also very nice.

I wish I could give more stars. Every person working here is so warm, helpful and dedicated to every aspect of their patients. We’ve thrown them a few curveballs with ordering and insurance and even prescriptions but they’ve gone above and beyond each time. I’m so grateful we found them; I would strongly recommend them to any family.

Dr. Ashlee Finnell and the rest of the staff are truly amazing. Each staff member was highly caring. For my first eye exam in (many) years, Dr. Finnell was very helpful, and made sure all my concerns were addressed after my eye examination. The retail associate was extremely helpful and kind, and took the time to make sure I found the right pair of glasses that work for me, even with a few laughs! I highly recommend Lake Country Eye Care.
