This has to do with the bakery. Their "Freshness Guaranteed" rolls are NEVER FRESH. They're always stale and 'best by' the next day. Most of us cant eat 6+ rolls in one afternoon especially when they're already stale! Whoever is in charge of bakery can you please do better? It's been like this for a long time. I have to start making an extra trip for fresh rolls. Or at least ones that aren't sitting on the shelf, stale, the same day you put them out
Honestly I was very on the fence about this Walmart but the only saving grace was that they kept the trading cards behind the service counter to prevent scalpers from getting their hands on them and to allow other people and children to enjoy the hobby. According to one employee, they were removed due to employee complaints. God forbid you have to do more work at your job. Now their stock is damn near bone dry, the store's stock for other things is mediocre at best, and there is a weird bald guy who has an attitude watching the registers. I feel like I'm back at the college Walmart I used to have to go to.
I purchased an item from a 3rd party seller ON WALMART online. When I realized I needed to return the item, the seller stated that I would easily be able to return it to any Walmart. I stopped in Delafield Walmart, showed the clerk my order, he pulled it up and stated they would be able to provide the return. I went out to the car, brought the boxes inside to be told that I could not return it and that I need to contact Walmart Corporate. Walmart corporate was ZERO help. I’ve had 2 very bad customer service experiences with Walmart and I will be shopping elsewhere now.
Overall nice store. Friendly employees. Pharmacy staff weren’t all that helpful with basic OTC drug questions. Only complaint is that the entire store is a cell phone dead zone. Verizon and AT&T both have zero service inside. Evidently, per the staff, they have some special solid metal roof, which blocks cell phone reception. Other than that, good experience.
