Before contacting Dr. Rosh, I suffered a serious cosmetic surgery complication [mechanical ectropion - drooping lower eyelid] in November 2023. The surgeon who performed the facial surgery did everything in her power to correct the ectropion, including four pervasive procedures in 2024 leaving extensive scar tissue, a graft, and no appreciable result. I thought I was disfigured for life. I contacted Dr. Rosh in the aftermath who provided a comprehensive assessment and prognosis. In August 2026 Dr. Rosh performed a corrective procedure on my lower eyelid. I was surprised there was no bruising and no post-op pain. Most importantly, words cannot describe the visceral relief and joy I felt seeing the result of Dr. Rosh's work. My eyes now match, like when I was born. These are the moments that make people cry (in happiness). I cannot say enough about Dr. Rosh's entire team. Every one of them had a hand in this. Thank you Dr. Rosh. Another cosmetic surgeon referred me to Dr. Rosh and I am so glad that he did. She did a bilateral ptosis repair with upper and lower blepharoplasty. After meeting with her during the 2nd visit, I decided to add on a laser treatment for my face. I had read all of her great reviews and she and her office did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly and caring and she truly seems to have a great personality and has a wonderful smile! She made me feel very comfortable and knowing that she had performed these procedures numerous times, I knew I was in good hands. My recovery went well and she called to check on me at home. They were always available for questions and any concerns that I had. I am very happy with my results and have recommended her to several others. I’m so happy I had this done with Dr. Rosh.

I was referred to Dr. Rosh by my optometrist due to entropion -when the eyelid turns inward, causing eyelashes to rub against the eye. From first entering her warmly, beautifully designed office/clinic (off SR 41) and meeting her and her staff -- I was immediately impressed with the professional and positive environment. Her staff, from Mattie to Dima to Lisa are all very helpful, professional and just delightful. Dr Rosh performed my lid surgery in May 2026 (Lateral Tarsal Strip Repair with the Wies procedure) at Advent Health hospital in Wesley Chapel and it went really well. I will continue with post op follow ups until I am cleared. I highly recommend Dr. Rosh and her competent staff.
