Following a bike crash and facial surgery in 2024 that changed my eyesight in my 40s, Dr. Giles helped me see clearly again. It helped me to regain confidence in the things I love. They recommended LASIK this year that has been life changing. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience the past couple of years.

I have been going to different eye doctors since I was 5 years old and this was HANDS DOWN the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor's office. It’s very clean, smells amazing, and the staff (especially Thia) are all so kind and friendly! Dr. Ramos made a lasting impression and I’m confident I have found my new “forever” eye doctor
Call to try and set up an appointment. I use VSP insurance through my employer. And the woman insisted that I call my HR department and get a member ID number that doesn’t exist. VSP uses your Social Security number And has for at least the last 10 years that I’ve had them. Does not issue cards. As someone who works for Vision place they should know that. I called Phillips I was able to schedule my appointment and pull my insurance using my Social Security number.
Ogden Vision Center is great, state of the art equipment, the staff are great-very friendly and knowledgeable. The Doctors are the best!! Thank you for taking such good care of my family.
Took my granddaughter 12 they were patient, kind & answered her questions there were several. When it came time to pick frames more patience & encouragement. No rushing through just extremely kind hearted staff & Dr.
