My son and I had a great experience at the Derby location of Oronoque Eye Care. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Jazelle and Nancy were especially helpful. Dr. Y was patient and caring, especially with my special needs son. Brian was also knowledgeable and very helpful with the frame and lense selection. A great visit all around!
The Oronoque Eye Care Center next to Big Y is clean and inviting. The waiting area is displayed with glasses, designers glasses of many styles to choose from, but most importantly the staff is very friendly. The Doctor that treated me explained everything in detail and compared this years exam to last years exam and explained in detail. I have been going to Oronoque for quite a few years when it was in another plaza. I was very satisfied with the Dr. VIcky and how I was treated during my visit.
Professional, courteous service from the staff. The doctor was great. She listened to me and explained things thoroughly. She took her time,and I never felt rushed during the appointment.
I had a great experience with Dr. Chamberlin for my eye and contacts exam, as well as Teya who helped me order my contacts. Teya took great care to clearly explain the pricing of my contacts after the trials and went above and beyond to make sure I had information on the rebate option that goes with my contacts. I felt very well taken care of!
I called as a new patient, was able to book an appointment literally the next day, I loved the service, friendly and fast. I paid out of pocket for everything and I don’t regret it. I was the very first person when they opened and out maybe what felt like 30-45 mins. I can’t wait to get my glasses I will be coming here for now!
