I made an appointment, there was a cancelation that day therefore I was able to grab an appointment quick. Staff was very nice and helpful. Doctor was amazing, very knowledgeable. The whole appointment was a pleasant experience. The glasses I purchased are great quality. Best, most accurate rx I have had for glasses. Also my new glasses came in quicker than expected. 5 stars! 🌟
I’ve injured my eye twice and both times Dr. McLean got me in right away- even on a Saturday evening at 6pm!! He helped me so much and was so accommodating. I’m very impressed with how attentive and flexible this practice is and they have saved me from being in pain until a Monday twice. 10/10 would recommend.
Made an appointment yesterday morning for an eye exam to get brushed off when I walked in to check in.. I gave the receptionist my license and asked for my insurance card which I didn’t have whom told me the doctor can look it up to later get told two minutes later from overhearing that I can’t get an exam…. Most places can look up the insurance card number… Thanks for the wasted time and not going back…

Many thanks to Danielle for saving my glasses today! I walked into Vision Center today with my eyeglasses, which I bought there three years ago, in two pieces, and when I left, they were in one! She saved the day! It was a very pleasant experience!!!
