Ignore any bad review! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I have been to so many different optometrists over the years. This is the first time that I felt like the doctor and staff genuinely cared. They go above and beyond to make sure that patients are taken care of. The building is very well maintained. The staff here is absolutely amazing. So welcoming, kind and attentive. I had many questions and asked for some accommodations as well, and they were happy to help. They are communicative, send appointment reminders, and have replied quickly anytime I’ve contacted them. This is the best optometrist experience I’ve ever had. I recently got glasses and contacts here. The original contacts they gave me to try were uncomfortable and did not work for my eyes. When I went back, they listened to all my concerns and completely validated my experience. They then gave me a new brand to try at no extra cost. The second brand is great and works so well for me. Today I had an issue while trying to take a contact out. I called them at 9:30 AM and they saw me at 10:30 AM to help me out. Truly an amazing experience. This place will not disappoint. Overall, so thankful for everyone who works here and I’m excited to go back every year.

Not just an eye exam! My family and I have been patients of Dr. Swift since 2016. Dr. Swift takes the time to educate you about eye care, which I’ve never experienced at other centers. The staff are always friendly and down to earth. The place is great with eye exams for the kiddos as well.

I had a great visit. The staff was courteous and the doctor saw me on time. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and helpful. They even adjusted my bent frames while i was completing the exam.

Unprofessional and unsafe. Avoid! My husband and I had a terrible experience here. His prescription was wrong, the glasses were low quality, and he got an eye infection from this clinic. When he went back, the front desk staff was extremely rude and hostile. To make matters worse, they mixed up my insurance with another patient's account and demanded I return my glasses. The environment is unwelcoming and completely unprofessional. We had to go to another clinic to get actual help. Save your eyes and your money—do not come here!

EDIT: It looks like this is a common thing for them to do. Beware before making your next visit here. Highly disappointed in Dr. Swift and her team. Maybe hire someone with bookeeping/accounting skills and actually know how to communicate with patients. Did Todays vision get rebranded? You all sent us to collection for a "No Show" and I have records we showed up to EVERY VISIT!! How dare you not contact the patient or send some type of correspondence before sending a file to collection. I work in bookkeeping and I am very familiar with the FCRA and this goes against it. We showed up to every appointment and have records to prove this. This needs ti be corrected by your practice or I will legal action. This is a warning for anyone looking for an eye doctor, worst practice, no communication.
