I visited OKO Medical Eyecare after a friend recommended them and shared what a great experience they had. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everything was top-tier. Highly recommend! The doctors are very careful, tactful, and friendly — especially Dr. Luma Mallah. Great selection of glasses, thorough eye examinations, and professional help choosing frames and lenses. It’s also very easy to schedule an appointment, even on Saturdays! Special thanks to Hanna Samiliv for the helpful phone consultation. 100% satisfied! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service! Walked in for my 8 am appointment and waited no longer than 10 minutes maybe less. Both the front desk and doctor were all nice and answered every question I had. Had some issues mid exam and the doctor didn’t hesitate to help me to make sure we got the results accurately. After that went over to the glasses section and the people there helped a lot with picking out the right set of glasses as well as things I could add and remove to my prescription. Answered all questions without feeling rushed. Highly recommended and shout out to Crystal Gonzales and the doctor who took my appointment who I sadly didn’t get their name. Overall such great vibes and you feel listened to!

Dr. Dzubur and his staff were fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the front desk went above and beyond. They quickly resolved a minor insurance issue by calling the provider on the spot. Crystal was amazing and super helpful in guiding us through picking out some great glasses. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Everyone in the office is amazing. Dr. Dzubur is the master of the meibomian gland probe. My eyes feel a million times better. His staff, Diamond and Crystal, are also wonderful. Everyone is kind, funny, friendly, and accommodating of my schedule. Cannot recommend enough.
