I’ve been coming to Olive + Spex for a while now, and they’re consistently excellent. The staff is always warm and professional, the exams are thorough, and everything is explained clearly. They also have one of the best selections of frames I’ve seen. It’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back.

What a wonderful office and experience! I enjoyed working with Dr. Pham and Amy. Dr. Pham explained everything about my exam and my exam findings very clearly. Amy communicated clearly around policies and billing matters. I am a healthcare provider myself and can tell that Dr. Pham has prioritized quality service and state of the art equipment in her practice. I feel lucky to have been referred!
Love Dr. Diana! Her exams are thorough, she explains things super clearly and has an awesome glasses and sunglasses selection 😎
Be warned, do not come to this store! Dr. Diana Pham is extremely arrogant. I repeatedly emphasized that we only wanted to purchase contact lenses that we could afford, but she selfishly insisted on prescribing the most expensive lenses that were beyond our budget. I have reasonable suspicions that she might have some private collaboration with the contact lens brands. Her reasoning was that the more expensive lenses are better for the eyes. Of course, I understand that more expensive products are generally better, but this should be within the patient’s financial means. Ignoring the patient’s personal circumstances and relentlessly pushing expensive products is unacceptable. As a result, we ended up with an expensive and impractical prescription that is completely useless to us. As a doctor, you should understand that your duty is to help patients, not waste our trust and money. Additionally, their contact lens exams fees are higher than other places.
I am such a fan of everyone who works here. The service is amazing and they always go the extra mile for their customers. Great selection of stylish frames too!
