My experience at OP was truly amazing from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two incredible people. One was a bald gentleman with a scraggly beard — I wish I remembered his name — but he was extremely kind, welcoming. The other was Kandi, who is a genuinely wonderful person. She made the entire experience feel personal and comfortable. The customer service at OP is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell the staff truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I left feeling valued and appreciated, which is rare these days. I am beyond happy with my specs, the “Oliver Sun” — they look and feel amazing. I will definitely be shopping there again. I moved to New Mexico for work and there are no Oliver Peoples store and the nearest location is in Arizona. I needed to have some minor fixes to my aviator sunglasses. I called Rudy and he provided instructions on how and where I can send my sunglasses for repairs. "I had a fantastic experience with Oliver Peoples their Los Angeles location! Rudy was incredibly helpful and understood my needs. Rudy you exceeded my expectations, and provided great and outstanding customer service. Rudy you are the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I have more issues I will be calling Rudy. Highly recommend!"

I used to live here in LA, now I still fly back only to get my eyewear and all rx prescription frames for my sun and optical frames done. The minute I walked in, Kelvin was so attentive to readjusting all of my frames (brought several pairs to get the tlc). Right off the plane, my first stop, not the hotel, but to OP store on sunset blvd! I even have one in SF but it’s just not as pleasant to park and walk over here in weho. Kelvin took great care, I dropped off 2 frames and I had my eye doctor appointment a week later, emailed Kandi my new prescription and voila filled it and done. Thank you to the entire team at OP store on sunset blvd! The even walked me through my insurance coverage seamlessly looked it up without any effort on my part. Amazing and I can’t even consider going elsewhere. No stress!

Kandi helped me with a tricky repair issue and was incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. Best retail experience that I’ve had in Los Angeles in many years.

My wife bought me a great pair of sunglasses from this store a while ago, the other day I sat on them, popping both lenses and bending the frame. I brought the glasses back to the store and they gave them a new life, like brand new…Thank you so much guys! Excellent customer service!! I’ll definitely be back to buy glasses from you!
