I went to Olson eye care a week and half ago in a major bind. Called a good amount of eye Dr's and all were booked and that was then end of that. Dr. Olson was also booked, but then called me back and cleaer a spot for me at the last minute. Absolutely fantastic I was and still very greatful! Is very passionate and takes great pride in his work! Would and will recommend Olson everytime! Above and beyond service!!!!
Had my first appt today with Dr. Olson today, and it was fantastic! He listened to my thoughts and concerns, and then took the time to explain things about parts of the eye, what they do, and what was happening with mine. The exam was thorough and without rushing. I had zero questions about what was happening or what I needed. He even gave several options to meet any budget. Very thoughtful and kind. The whole crew was kind and patient! Let’s be real, sometimes people can take a while to decide on frames. But the woman helping me with that was sweet as can be, never rushed or made me feel bad for my indecisiveness. She even ordered additional frames in a slightly different color than the pair they had there, just so I could see the slight difference in color in person. Obviously, I would highly recommend them for anyone’s eye care needs! 👓
Things went pretty well. Was seen in a timely manner and the staff are friendly. Doctor Olson was very thorough and answered all my questions. He gave me some options but didn't pressure me about anything. It was a good experience especially since I haven't had an eye exam for 40 years. Highly recommend their services.
Dr. Olson was incredible! He was kind, explained everything step by step, and made me feel welcomed! Staff were great too! Highly recommend this office if you’re in the CB area!
