Mary was an incredible help—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She presented multiple options, carefully calculated pricing, and helped me compare everything thoroughly. Her customer service was truly exceptional. I initially came in expecting to purchase only an exam and one pair of glasses, but thanks to her guidance, I left with a pair of glasses, sunglasses, and a full year’s supply of contacts. It’s remarkable how outstanding customer service can completely elevate the overall experience.Thank you Mary!

I had a wonderful experience at EyeCare Specialties of Colorado. I was helped by Mary, Blue and Evelin. I had been strugging with having time to buy a pair of reading glasses. I came in to have my glasses adjusted and mentioned this to Mary. She set up an appointment for me while I was there to have measurements taken for my reading glasses along with Blue's help. Mary also guided me in picking out a nice frame. I ordered my new reading glasses in 1 hour! I also got my glasses adjused with Evelyn's help. All in all a very efficient appointment and I very much appreciated it!
Staff was very helpful and kind! The best was Mary, who helped me with my frames purchase. Far and away the best experience I’ve ever had! So sweet and patient! And made sure I knew all my options, as well as what she recommended for myself personally.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything, never mind glasses. The exam was good, but everything after leaving the optometrist was terrible. The sales person rushed through ordering my glasses/lenses with no explanation of what he was doing, and didn't ask about any features I might want added. Then told me it would be 2 weeks. 1 week later I received a text that my glasses were ready. When I went in they handed me a pair of frames without lenses and seemed confident that I had only ordered frames. I told them I ordered everything, and they said to wait for the next text Another week goes by and I get another text. Called in to see if my glasses are ready, and they're not. It seems like it was just a resend. Around three weeks my wife calls to ask about hers because last year they never called her. (They also ordered the wrong frames for her last year.) She was told her glasses had shipped the night before and should be ready in a couple of days. When she calls back a few days later, they say her glasses had shipped last night and should be in in a couple of days and that my glasses should also be shipping soon. The next time we call my wife's glasses are ready, but mine are held up at the lab. They are confused about whether or not I ordered frames, if I gave them the frames to use. I had to explain that I chose glasses in store, and had already been dealing with a mix up on their end. He said he would call the lab to find out what was wrong and call me back. My wife gets a text shortly after this that her glasses are ready. I do not receive a call back. After another week I call to ask for an update, and again they're confused about what I ordered and blame me for not returning the frames that I never took. They say they'll call the lab and call me back. They do not call me back. Another week goes by. Another call. The same confusion, blaming me for not returning the frames, and saying that they had to pay for my frames because of a mix up with my insurance, despite the line in my receipt where my insurance and I paid for frames. He says he'll call the lab and call back. Since they have told us this before, we insist that they do so right now. Finally someone does what they say they will, and they call us back with an excuse that the lab is claiming to be out of stock, despite my lenses showing as complete. He did at least say it looks like they made a mistake, which is the only time anyone took responsibility during this. He estimated that my glasses would be in the next week. When that week went by with no updates we called and were told that they had actually shipped and should be in between 3 and 7 business days. The next day I received an odd call saying that since my glasses had been ordered on April 28th and since they weren't moving, a help desk ticket was being submitted. Since this is a day after they shipped it seems a little late to escalate. Also, I ordered my glasses on April 15th. My glasses, which were supposed to take 2 weeks, took almost 2 months. I was blamed for the delay which clearly could have been resolved sooner if anyone had actually followed up after saying they would. I also don't have transition lenses that I'm used to having because the initial sales person rushed me out the door without checking want I actually wanted. I had assumed he would carry over what my previous glasses had, and that's on me for thinking the staff at this location could do their jobs.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in on January 23rd for an appt for a contact exam. I was told over the phone it was $120. Then when I arrived I was told I had to get an exam for glasses as well. That they don’t do contact only exams. Although I had a current eyeglass prescription, I was already there so I reluctantly agreed and paid $200+. Exam goes great, they say it will be about a week for my contact trials and the new lenses I ended up getting for my existing frames since they were old and scratched. Spent over $500 for the exams and lenses only. Lenses were not arriving so I kept calling, no one answers, left voicemails no one returns. Finally my lenses come in two days ago (after nearly 2 months). They are not correct since they should have been lightweight lenses and they’re not (I bought the original pair there so it should have matched my original lenses). I didn’t notice until I got home as I had my contacts in when I picked them up (I said he could throw away the old lenses so now I don’t even have those to show they were lightweight). When they were One Hour Optical they were fantastic, now they’re terrible and I won’t go here again. I’m still waiting to hear back about the incorrect lenses.
