I recently moved to the Cape Coral area and was searching for an eye doctor. I’m so glad I found this place! Dianne was amazing and helped me through the entire process. I called on a Sunday and was able to get an appointment the same hour. I had both a contact lens and glasses exam, and my glasses arrived within the same week. AMAZING! Todd was also incredibly helpful with my contacts. The customer service here is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced! Dianne and Todd both friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. I’ve already started recommending this office to my family and friends. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I both went to al least four optical retail stores in the area. At least, $4000.00 later and unhappy, we both went to One Price Optical. We both left happy and satisfied. Ms Dianne and Mr Todd were happy to go the extra mile for us. Tinting and proper frame fits were made easy for us. The other shops we tried, acted as if we were big nuisances. Not One Price. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Maybe a good place but they seriously need to fix their times that they are open. Saying you’re open Saturday’s from 9 AM - 12PM is not true. Went there at 9:00 and again at 10:00 and doors shut, no one there, and no answer to the phones.

I have made many eyeglass purchases here over the years. I like going there because they have great service and selection of frames. I usually purchase the high quality and light weight lenses. I don’t have an insurance plan. The prices for me are very reasonable but never the lowest or highest in this area. They make good on their warranties too. Nice personable service from the eyeglass peeps!

The only place I would get glasses!! I’ve been coming here for about 3 years . Diane was the reason I kept coming back and now I got to meet hope & Dan! They are incredible super friendly and always willing to help me when I need adjustments. 10/10 service I have a trip coming up and they had my sunglasses with prescription done in less then a week!! Love love love this place !!!!
