I took my old glasses in because the screw keeps falling out on the nose, arch bracket. William not only fixed it. He cleaned them and put a solution around the screws to keep them in place so they won’t fall out in the future. He didn’t even charge me for anything. Good service is hard to find these days. Thank you, William!
Penny was amazing!! i came in just a little before closing time and i really appreciated the fact that she had no problem taking care of me. Thank you so much Penny for your attention to detail on my glasses! And thankful that I was able to get another pair that I previously owned. 100% recommend!
We had such a great experience here. My teen was very nervous about learning how to put in and take out contacts and Penny was so patient, kind, and encouraging the whole time. It took a long time for my teen to learn but Penny never seemed frustrated or rushed and made my daughter feel comfortable. The eye doctor was also wonderful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and didn't make us feel like he was trying to get to the next patient. Actually seemed to care. Honestly, this was the best experience we've ever had at an eye doctor or eyeglass place. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made the whole process easier than expected. I would definitely recommend. We will be going back.
Will and Jessica and the whole team at Target Optical were absolutely amazing. My dad is visually impaired, and they went above and beyond to help us get him set up with his Meta Ray-Ban glasses. They were incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find people who take the time to genuinely help, and we are so grateful for their outstanding customer service. Thank you both for making such a positive difference!
Let me start by saying that Target Optical in Cape Coral FL is best place my wife and I have ever found to get our eyes checked and to buy prescription glasses! We have tried MANY other optical places but we keep coming back to Target Optical! Dr Green is the most knowledgeable eye doctor we have ever had! In fact she was able to determine that my prescription needed to include a prism to compensate for my lack of alignment in my eyes which made a TREMENDOUS DIFFERENCE in my vision! Jessica was an absolute joy to work with in picking frames, coatings and everything else we needed for our new glasses! Our entire experience with the entire staff was the BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD! My wife and I are very grateful to the entire staff for our experience with Target Optical! We look forward to many years in the future of shopping at Target Optical!
