The staff were very nice and patient. I was greeted as soon as I walked in The dr was the best very attentive and thorough. This is one of the best office I have been to in a long long time. They give service like they want your business and like their jobs. It was like a Stepford office remember the movie the Stepford Wives perfect.
I had a great experience at One Vision Optometry in Eastvale. I stopped by last week without an appointment, fully expecting to schedule something for the following week because they were already booked for the day. Instead, the staff was very accommodating and told me they would do their best to get me taken care of that same day. From the beginning, everyone was professional, kind, and helpful. They walked me through what my insurance would cover, explained the available products, and gave me a clear breakdown of the cost and benefits of the different testing options. I came in because I had purchased glasses from another place nearby about a year and a half ago and was very disappointed with the quality. The paint started chipping off the frames within the first month, and the screws kept coming loose. After dealing with poor-quality glasses for far too long, I decided to try One Vision Optometry, and I’m very glad I did. The doctor was amazing. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, so I was concerned about making sure my vision and eye health were in good condition. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain each test, what she was checking for, and why it mattered. I really felt like she cared about her patients and was not rushing through the appointment. Within about 30 minutes, the staff had already started my testing, and shortly after that I was seen by the doctor. The sample prescription I tried in the office made a noticeable difference in the quality of my vision, and I’m really looking forward to getting my new glasses. I highly recommend One Vision Optometry to anyone in the Eastvale area looking for quality eye care, professional service, and a staff that truly takes care of their patients.
OVO was very professional. We went for my husband’s glasses RX to be filled and get him new frames. The front desk agent (sorry I missed her name), and Alison (sorry if spelled wrong), promptly greeted us and asked us kindly to wait (we were walk in’s so this was expected we may not be seen right away). Once we were seen, my husband needed to try on a specific pair of SPY brand frames (we were referred to this office by the site for the brand of frames he was interested in). Glad we were. Alison was professional, friendly, knowledgeable all in all. My husband has never worn glasses before this so every step of measurements and all the steps for ordering the glasses lenses, Alison walked him through. Even educated me on one of the steps (and I am a lifetime glasses-wearer, even I learned something new). She also took time to go over the transition lens color options since he wanted his daily lenses to also be his sunglasses, and we appreciated that she didn’t rush his decision, nor did she make us feel we have to make this purchase then and there. We ended up ordering the glasses and lenses same day, with an external RX we brought, and we received a nice discount as well. Great service, clean office. Wonderful experience.
I have always had a positive experience going to One Vision Optometry. I have been going there for at least 5 years and I keep returning because of my experiences. I appreciate the friendly environment, the up to date technology, and the quality of glasses and contacts. Allison has worked with me to make sure I get the best deals with my insurance, and I've never had any issues using my FSA. The coolest part has been the fact that my prescription keeps decreasing because I'm taking on the Drs. advice. She has been having me ditch the glasses at home and only using them when I'm not supposed to be hyper focused on something and when I went in yesterday my vision was much better. Slowly, my vision has gotten better, instead of worse. I look forward to getting new much thinner glasses, next week!
Dr. Michelle is awesome as well as her staff. They are all very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience in gaining “fresh eyesight” is attainable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind 💕
