This location offers services for: eye care, mental health, primary care and dental. I only visit for the dental services so, my review is solely based on those experiences. I have visited the dental clinic at Open Cities many times both for myself and my child. We switched to this clinic as our favorite dentist, Doctor Helen Kim, transferred here. Doctor Kim has treated my family for over eight years and has never-ever disappointed. She is a true master of her craft and takes pride in her work. She can do things with teeth that other dentists would never even attempt. And, she does it stealthily like the professional she is. I am glad she chooses to work with lower-income folks because, we are lucky to have her. Many of the dentists in our network aren't qualified in the manner I feel Doctor Kim is. She has given me my smile back and I will be eternally-grateful to her for that. The dental staff is also a very amazing group of people. They get to know their patients and deliver quality care with genuine kindness. Another shout-out to the dental Manager, Noel. She is just a remarkable lady who has helped me out with quick scheduling, more than once, when a dental emergency arose. I appreciate the dental care team so very much! The facility is modern, well-maintained and welcoming to folks of all backgrounds. I noticed some new upgrades, like carpeting and paint, on my visit yesterday also. There is plenty of free parking behind the building and it is located off of a quiet street convenient to highways and main thoroughfares. We will continue to frequent this clinic as long as Doctor Kim practices here.

No matter how early I arrive to my family medical appointment, we always end up waiting nearly 20 minutes past our scheduled time. If I could give a bad review for the Dr. and not the clinic, I would. 😡

I've been coming here on and off since I was a kid (am 43 now). I remember going to the old location off Dale St. for shots before school started and sometimes for dental visits. I don't go as often as I should now, but boy am I glad places like this exist for low income people like me with no insurance. I came in a few years ago for a tooth extraction due to a severe toothache. Dr. Thomas Spray did a good job of pulling out the infected tooth and the pain went away. I got some shots for my interpreting job there too. I hate needles, but the staff members who gave me shots or drew my blood were always careful and made the experience not as bad. Today I decided to pay a visit because of my horrible stomach pains. All the front desk staff and nurses are very kind. The doctor I saw today is Sam Boadu. Nice fella. I appreciate all their help.
