Dr. Stanek is excellent. But the clinic, not so much. I waited almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen, with no explanation or apology. The young man who did my initial screening, or whatever they call it, did not smile once, and made very little eye contact. Perhaps he needs coaching.

We saw Melissa Lopez, OD and she was great. She was very knowledgeable and gave us each some tips that we didn't know from previous clinics back home.
Yearly eye exams Competent. Scheduling procedures in Suburban location when you need a driver will not give you a surgery time till 2 days before. Is this what patient care has come to? 2 people, mostly the elderly have to wait to plan their trip in traffic. This speaks as no regard for patient care.
I really appreciated Dr Hein’s personal attention to my unique situation. He helped expedite a referral so I could be seen sooner. His exam was very thorough along with his assistant.
The tech that roomed me was lovely but Dr. Auble seemed completely disinterested, like seemed just shy of rolling her eyes when I said I did actually have a couple questions about pain in my eyes when she breezed into the room, told me she printed a new prescription for me, and that I was good to go. So glad my insurance has to go to covering that when I spent less than 2 minutes with the optometrist.
