Highly recommend Dr. Sun! She was approachable, and super knowledgeable. Gave me excellent advice about my eye care options. I did not feel rushed, she took her time. Had previously seen drs at ocli, first time at this location, beautiful office. David, the assistant, was also very professional and helpful. The front desk staff could muster a smile
Good people and providers, but excessively long wait times even at 8am during the week. Expect to spend a minimum of 2-3 hours here no matter what you're there for. Relaxed atmosphere, but definately need to work on patient turn-over times.
I’m not disputing the quality of care at this place. I think the patient waiting time needs attention. 1 hour and 45 minutes seems excessive.
