OCB was one of the most efficient and thorough medical procedure experiences I've ever had. The staff was knowledgeable but highly efficient in cycling patients through the eval and picture process in advance of the Dr. meeting. OCB was very helpful in scheduling a visit the day I first called due to the possible time sensitivity of my issue. The Dr. (Dr. Jian) was clearly highly skilled and communicated the issues and his findings very clearly. I cannot underscore just how impressed I was with this entire practice. THANK YOU

I was greeted right away and was brought to where I needed to be. The staff was fantastic and helped me. It was a good appt and went by very smoothly. Was able to get my followup when I wanted.

It’s a factory . Was much better when it was Eye Health Services. I had my cataracts done and my 80 year old mother too. Dr Wasson even got a Polaroid of him and mom afterwards with her eye patch. Now you are way too busy to have the personal touch. My first and what will be my last visit under Boston Ophtalmology did not impress. Dr, me and 2 other techs or whatever in one small room. Couldn’t tell when he was addressing me or them.

Have always had good experience at their office staff is really pleasant and doctors are top notch. Love Dr Shukla
