The whole staff was great! Dr. Marcus is wonderful! He listens and addresses your questions and concerns. Takes his time and gives you his best opinion. There’s always an assistant with the Dr. this time I had the Pleasure of meeting Hannah very welcoming, friendly, respectful and helpful.

Charging extra for refraction seems to be a bit sketchy since all my other ophthalmologist offices never ..I wasnt charged extra last time i waa here..y'all can be asssured ..charged extra even top Drs..

I have been going to the OCLI office in Lake success for about a year now. Everyone I encounter in the practice has been awesome. The staff at the front desk checking you in are friendly and helpful. The technicians who do the tests are knowledgeable and very personable. Dr. Prywes is a very nice man who is very knowledgeable and Is very soft-spoken and comforting. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs to have any kind of eye services performed.

OCLI staff from front receptionists to the staff assisting the doctors are all extremely professional, polite and caring. In addition the office functions efficiently. Dr. Hayes is outstanding. Besides being professional he is a kind spirit and makes you feel comfortable. He did cataract surgery on both my eyes and I could not be more pleased. I’m blessed to have found him. Highly recommend all of them.
