These people are very rude and seem to have no idea what they’re doing. Tells me to call back and stay on the line to talk to who I need to talk to..I stay on the line and it literally brings me back to them. Now she’s like “well I don’t know what to tell you, try calling back”. It’s a joke

My grandmother has waiting for 2 hours to be seen. They overbook. Giving a time slot to more than one person. They are so over booked that they come out of the office and told patients family to either stand or go back out to our cars. This place is ridiculous!! The doctors make you wait 2 hours or more to see you for 5 min!!

is it hard for medical records to pick up the phone? Even when you have questions they never pick up even when you leave voicemail, they never call you back.

Md very patient took extra time to make sure was numb enough before her eye shot. Did not force the shot at all dr lee wonderful and explains everything Staff very very nice and patient and helpful actually washed the betadine off after. Very nice pleasant office atmosphere Did not have to wait longer than 10 min
