Receptionist absolutely rude. Bad day? Disgruntled? Poorly trained? Who knows? Brought my elderly father for eye exam with paperwork packet from his nursing home. It had all the info needed but not a copy of the insurance card. She just stated he couldn't be seen. No empathy, no concern, no suggestions. Bye bye. Another patient in the waiting room who witnessed our interaction came over to me and advised me to complain. There's plenty of other opthamology offices in our area. I recommend you avoid this one.

The optician divas Michele and Sasha are a dynamic duo, my favorite glasses fitting I’ve had in my adult life. They’re honest about how glasses look on you, which I appreciate, especially when you’re looking at yourself blindly in a mirror!! Great experience with them and the main reception desk as well. Thank you!
Tried calling to reschedule my appointment. No one is answering the phone for the past hour now. This is ridiculous! Now they’re gonna tru charging me a $50 “no show” fee because I couldn’t cancel in time. I’m going to ask my doctor to refer me to a better office instead. My son had a two hour delay for school today due to all this bad weather, which means I can’t make it in and couldn’t call yesterday because of it! But no one answering the phones?? The last time I went in to you guys it took me 5 hours to complete my appointment too. I’ll start going elsewhere.
Nice staff , the problem is they take minimum 2 and half hours to se see you , Had appointment at 145 left the building at 4 pm unacceptable. They don't think we other things to do .
I arrived ten minutes early for my 7:40 a.m. appointment but was not taken to an exam room until nearly 8:00. After a brief preliminary eye exam, the technician informed me they wanted to dilate my eyes. I declined because I needed to return to work shortly after the visit and had not been told in advance that dilation would be required. Following the initial exam, I was placed in another waiting area with several other patients, where we waited approximately 30 more minutes before seeing the doctor. When the doctor came in, she asked for my current contact lens prescription. I provided the information to the best of my recollection, but she then asked whether I had brought the boxes because she needed the curvature measurements. If this information was necessary for the appointment, I believe it should have been communicated beforehand. She ultimately said she could not update my prescription because she did not know the correct measurements. I was also told I would need to sign a waiver stating that I declined dilation and that my exam was therefore incomplete. If dilation is a standard requirement, patients should be notified in advance so they can plan accordingly. At this point it was 9:40, two hours after my scheduled appointment—which caused issues with my work schedule. When I mentioned that my previous providers in Missouri always measured the strength and curvature of my eyes during the appointment, the doctor responded by asking, “Oh, you’re from Missouri? How accurate is the show Ozark?” This felt unprofessional and inappropriate. I ultimately chose to end the appointment and left without updated prescriptions for either contacts or glasses. Unfortunately, this was the most disorganized and unprofessional eye exam experience I have had. I will be returning to Target Optical, where appointments have consistently been efficient and professional.
