I enjoyed going to this office. The receptionist treated me well as she was doing with everyone that went in on that day. The nurse was also very friendly and polite and dies her job well as well as Dr Steven Larsen. I was not waiting too long for me to get called nor did I wait too long to be examined.
So glad I had reminders of my appointment. The on-line checking was so easy and had me registered. On my arrival the staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. My exam was made to be comfortable. So glad I had good results.
Optical side was great 👍🏽 doctor was a great guy to converse with front desk lady was not as friendly as she could be nor did she give great eye contact or friendliness the assistants to the optometrist were great as well …. The other side where you order your eye glasses was not very engaging as far as being friendly either he seemed like he had an attitude problem didn’t care for conversation in my book it’s not a necessity to have a full on conversation but if a customer is being polite have customer service don’t be rude
A lady called the day before to confirm our appointment, We showed up 40 minutes early to do paperwork,All went well,I'm in no hurry,Our appointment was for11:15 at 11:50 a male nurse came out and asked if we had an appointment, we said yes and he said everyone went to lunch,can you come back at 2pm, really??? I should have known when the Receptionists left!, I just said no thanks there are atleast 20 more places in Harlingen, Anyway they are not very organized or Professional save your time and go somewhere else, and Gulf Coast get a new Receptionists
Convenient to home, much more personal than large facilities. Dr. Larsen was so very kind and glad to know I had chosen his office. All staff members are courteous and knowledgeable
