This place does not even deserve one star. Talk about customer service, I called this morning and a gentleman answered I believe it was Mr Pena he was very rude and told me that he would get one of his secretaries to call me back when they got in at 9:30 am he didn't ask for a call back number and he just hung up rudely. Shortly after that I called myself and spoke with a secretary I made an appointment for this Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and I was supposed to receive a call back for confirmation till then I have not received a phone call, I was looking to simply get contact lenses and the contact exam. What a waste of time.

Had a great experience there. Didn’t have to wait at scheduled appointment. Got contact and eyeglass exam cheaper than other places I checked. Glasses a little more than I expected but found exactly what I needed and didn’t have to go shop around. That was a plus.
They never gave me a copy of my Rx and then they try to force you to buy from them. They also hurass you with calls asking when are you going to buy.
My grandpa can’t see at all, Pete got his lens wrong TWO times when we told him he told us he’s not gonna fix them and to get out of his shop, mind you my grandpa paid 125$
