Great customer service by all staff especially Ms. Rose who made the process smooth and easy. She went above and beyond to help my sister and I with our new pair of glasses and personally followed up when they arrived. Will definitely be going back to LensCrafters Harlingen. My son’s glasses broke and went by here to hopefully find a frame for his lenses for now till we can order new ones for him and Rose was a big help. We weren’t able to find a frame but she did help to get my sons glasses a temporary fix. Thank you Rose! We will definitely be returning to get a new pair or 2 new pairs of glasses for my son. 😊

Hello all I recently lost my aunt she was very precious to me when I was 12 or 13 she gave me a pair of Rayban aviators. I am now almost 30, several years ago my glasses broke and the right lense fell out today i called LensCrafters and Sasha answered my call and said they would fix them. I got there and sure enough in less than five minutes she had them repaird and cleaned up! Id like to give Sasha a huge shout out for repairing my aviators and for her excellent customer service! Thanks to Sasha I can wear these beautiful glasses at my aunts funeral and remeber her when I wear them. Thanks a million Sasha!
