I was very pleased with the service I received. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Z was thorough in his exam. Love my new contacts!!! They let me try more than one type of vision correction for no extra charge. Distance only, mono vision, and multifocal lenses. Awesome cleanliness. Thanks to the staff for making a customer feel welcome and like a person.
Always friendly staff. And Dr Zarape is bringing in new ideas in a way, to better help his patients. He suggests treatments previous drs haven't suggested to me.
Worse experience. Everyone very rude except for the doctor. Can not trust them to help you with your insurance. Make sure to ask specifically for everything before they send you with the doctor if you do decide to risk it with them. Have been to many optometrists and this one is by far the worse office.
Bad experience ever! Overly priced contacts. $440 year supply with insurance! Took 20+ days to get them. Will never return.
