Marva is a gracious greeter who checks patients in. Wanda is a sweetie who makes a patient feel comfortable and accurately checks eyes. Dr. Dale is an outstanding physician. However, a practice that popular needs two technicians and two visual field machines. Otherwise a patient waits too long to meet The Wicked Stressed Ophthalmic Grinch, the antithesis of Marva, Wanda, and Dr. Dale. Two machines and two pleasant technicians may earn this practice two more stars - perfection! Maybe next time.

Summer of this year, i went to see the eye doctor at Philadelphia eye associates. The doctor there ruled out a diagnosis that i have glaukoma. Few months later i went to this place and i saw DR Tina Xia and she told me that i don't have any sign of glaukoma. Earlier today, i went to see Dr Dale. Her student examined me and was ruling out the same diagnosis. So dr Dale came and she also gave me a diagnosis that was different from Dr Xia told me stating that im a glaukoma suspect. So i called to leave a message to her manager cuz i feel like this doctor was joking around with me. I will not go to this place ever again.

It is absolutely ridiculous how long you are expected to wait before being seen by doctor. My mothers appointment was at 11am. Now at 1pm still waiting to be seen. This is her follow-up appointment to last week when we waited FOUR HOURS. Eye care is very important, however because of the OUTRAGEOUS wait time - we missed her Cardiologist appointment. It is such a shame because the physicians and staff have the potential to be very kind - if scheduling was better, instead it is an atmosphere of quick insincere smiles and irritability, short answers while trying to rush through patients questions, which is ironic considering how long you are made to wait. DO NOT recommend this practice unless you literally have nothing to do ALL DAY and ENJOY SITTING IN A FREEZING COLD OFFICE WITH IRRITABLE PEOPLE
