As a healthcare provider myself, I have high standards and expectations of the quality of care I believe everyone should receive. Dr.Xia, the glaucoma specialist I saw at ophthalmic partners exceeded those expectations by far. I ask many questions and she was SO patient, thorough and kind, spending over 40 minutes for what should have been a 15 minute appointment. Her sincere empathy is so appreciated.
Courteous, professional and timely. The doctor, Dr. Finklea is brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. I feel very reassured that going into surgery with him is the best option that I could have chosen.
This Old Dr. Benoit in January and she referred me to the ER because I couldn't see out of my left eye. I returned to her because I really appreciated her calm demeanor and she explained things to me very well. All of the staff was very nice. The place is very clean and calm.
