They were able to quickly get me back to seeing clearly again after six months of severe vision issues. Great staff and doctors, they answered all of my questions and I feel like I’m in great hands with them. Absolutely recommended!
Overall a great place to visit. All of the employees are as professional as it gets. The level of experience shows itself. The admins working the desk up front and after the appointment are wonderful and always willing to assist on making sure you are squared away for your next visit. Definitely will recommend WTRC to anyone looking for an amazing eye specialist facility.
If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Overcharged for tests my regular eye doctor had already done 2 weeks prior. Said they were cutting me a deal if I paid in full before leaving, only to call me the next day saying they needed more money. Was told my procedure was going to be painful, but they offer nothing to relax you during the procedure and no pain management afterwards. Told to take a tylenol. I am not sure why I was referred to this place, but I will never go back. Horrified at all interactions.
They closed the office for the day and didn't inform any of the patients. When we complained they lied and said that a text had been sent out. There were several of us waiting, no one had received a text. To add insult to injury, they then called me at 10:20 to cancel my 10:30 appointment and reschedule. No thanks, too unprofessional.
Front staff is rude and unprofessional. If it wasn't for the fact that their doctor is fantastic, I would not go back. Called four times and issue was still not resolved.
