Worst service I have ever had. Ordered glasses and contacts. Got glasses same day. Requested contacts be mailed to my home address which is in another state. Called sever times to check on mailing status and was told they were mailed. Nope! Still sitting in the store. Three weeks later I need them and still not mailed. Best they can do is refund my money. Going out of town on Monday and they can't overnight. They didn't fix my problem they just basically said here's your money back good luck. Never again.

It was quick and easy to get my eye exam and picking out glasses. Eye exam took less than 20 minutes. Yes your eye doctor is on the screen when you are getting the exam. My glasses had to be sent off but I did receive them in 5 business days. Also the ladies are nice and helpful.

Gave my husband the wrong prescription, went back in less than 90 days after got another eye exam that proved the first prescription was wrong, gave me the wrong brand of contacts after being told several times what brand I wore. I have been trying to return them since I made it half way through the first box. They have refused to refund, have refused to return calls, and now as of today have been incredibly unprofessional and hung up on me. Dont go in on days they are running a special, they'll ruin you through there like cows at the sale barn. Staff is rude, they are unprofessional, and have zero service skills

3 months ago I bought my wife a pair of glasses from Stanton Optical, they broke 2 days ago. The frames cost $170.00 so they were not cheap. The glasses broke at the place next to the bridge, causing one of the lenses to fall out. When walking into the store talking to the CSR when looking at the frames said "these are not our glasses, we don't sell these". But after opening our account seeing that she was wrong that the manufacturer warranty was still good but we would have to pay an additional $40.00 to get them replaced, even though my wife only used them 12 times and always kept them in a hard case when not in use. I called customer service, and I was basically told "too bad so sad" I would recommend never buying glasses from this company, they sell cheap junk at a premium price. This is a store I would truly avoid. I just looked at Reddit reviews and their review is borderlined as a company that is scammers with false advertising. I would recommend Walmart Optical their quality is double and their staff is more friendly and they stand behind their products.
