We always get terrific service at Opti Barn. The collection of frames covered by my insurance plan is good enough. If I want to apply my allowance to non-plan frames, they have plenty to choose from.

What a great business! The employees are very friendly and polite. They have a nice little store that is clean and well stocked. Someone has rated the Opti Barn one star because nobody answered the phone. How can you rate a business you've never even used? Keep in mind, this is a small business, so if the employees are busy with customers, they may not be able to get to the phone every single time. I would never fault them for that. If you have the option, I would highly reccomend taking your business to the Opti Barn!
Well that's not good. I really liked the atmosphere but called twice to set up a appointment and no one answered the phone or called back. I will go elsewhere.
Great place. Maybe not as big of a selection as some of the bigger places, but still an adequate selection. Great customer service. They were very patient with my 12 year old. Great prices and specials for things not covered by your insurance.
Got a pair of glasses there last year, progressive lenses. First time I ever tried them. They were the worst, the only place I could see clearly was directly in front of me. If I looked up, down, or to the sides it was all distorted. I wrote it off to me not being able to use progressive lenses. This year I got glasses at another place (Hope's Vision), and decided to give progressive lenses one more try. My new pair are great. The difference between the lenses at the new place and the ones I got at Opti Barn are like night and day. Because my initial experience at Opti Barn was so poor, I am blown away with my new glasses.
