Wonderful customer service and patient care! Staff was very pleasant very clean establishment and the provider was very knowledgeable and personal. Great experience and learned a lot while I was there! Definitely worth going to if you’re in need of an eye doctor.
The Optometrist was great,. along with the office staff. No waiting if you schedule early! They were not pressuring me to buy glasses, rather,. they were offering me different ideas for me to make informed decisions based on my exam and what I would need. We felt very at ease with that. Thank you Opti-mart! 🙂
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They where happy to break everything down and to explain my new glasses line by line to me. I will be back to them next year for my eye exam. I highly recommend you go to them for you eye needs.
Came to this office for the first time this week. I will be returning there in the future, staff is pleasant and friendly. Dr was professional and answered all my questions, put me at ease concerning my eye care.
Staff is AMAZING but the one star is for the company that does not hire enough staff to take care of a very heavy flow of customers. There is NO excuse for this kind of mistreatment of these employees AND customers. I have been there many times and they are Always going as fast as they can and there is always multiple people waiting for 20 or more minutes. your employees should not have to go at top speed every minute of every hour of the day. This is inexcusable treatment of your staff. . Services are polite, friendly, professional and efficient. The problem is with corporate. Shame on the money hungry owners!
